Appointments

A request sent from this website is not a confirmed appointment. Your visit is confirmed when the doctor's team replies. Timings may change because of emergencies or procedures, in which case the team will offer you another time.

Fees and payment

Fees are shown on the booking form. Online payment is available for the Kanpur centre only and is processed by Razorpay. At the Lucknow centre the fee is paid at the centre. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
