Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers fees paid online for appointments at Dr. Ritesh Heart Care Centre, Kanpur.

If the doctor's team cancels

If the team cannot give you your slot, for example because of an emergency, you can move your visit to another time, or ask for a full refund.

If you cancel

Message the team on WhatsApp at least 2 hours before your slot to cancel for a full refund, or to move your visit to another time at no extra cost.

Late cancellations and missed visits

If you cancel less than 2 hours before your slot, or do not come, you can move your visit to another time once. The fee is not refunded.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the same card, UPI account or bank account you paid from, through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the money in your account.

Fees paid at the centre

Fees paid in person at either centre are settled at that centre.
